What is the minimum sponsorship and why?

We are asking participants to raise a minimum of 250 euro for an individual entrant and 450 euro for team entry. This includes a registration fee of 100 euro to secure your place. This will ensure that we have a chance of reaching our target this year. Please note that every cent of your hard earned sponsorship goes directly to the charity.

Once you have registered, you can pay the balance of your sponsorship money online by simply logging into your own personalised Online Sponsorship section.

How do I or my team get sponsorship?

There are lots of different ways for you or your team to raise money for the Triathlon. The easiest way is to just ASK! And don't stop at your family and friends, also ask work colleagues, work suppliers, local businesses, or places where you are a regular customer. If you are entering as a team, split the task between you by taking 150 euro as your individual target so as to reach your team total of 450 euro.

I wish to use the Online Sponsorship form?

Once you have registered for the event, we send you, by email, a link to your very own on-line sponsorship form. You can then forward this link by email to your friends, family and colleagues encouraging them to sponsor you and pay their sponsorship immediately through an on-line credit card facility. This way you will know who has sponsored you, and for what amount, so that you can easily keep track of reaching your target.

How do I sponsor someone doing the Triathlon?

Your sponsors can simply search the our online triathlete database for your sponsorship card and enter your sponsorship amount and pay by credit card on-line.
